Capital Hop Shop

After the success of their first venture, Capitol Beer and Tap Room, Ken Hutchkiss and Patti Aquire contacted me again to design a logo for their second venture, Capital Hop Shop. This was a separate venture that added food to the craft beer offerings and was to be located in a former auto shop. They wanted something to fit the building and downtown Sacramento vibe, but that was still connected to their other shop. Keeping the same beer glass from Capitol Beer and Tap Room, a new identity was crafted.
